MANGO PROTEIN SMOOTHIE

Ingredients

  • 1 small mango
  • 1 small banana
  • ¼ ripe avocado
  • 1 stick Equal Classic Zero Calorie Sweetener
  • 2 Tbsp natural yoghurt
  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds
  • Splash of preferred milk

Preparation

  1. Chop mango, banana and avocado. Add to a blender with the remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.

Serves 1 as a breakfast option, or 2 as a snack
