MANGO PROTEIN SMOOTHIE

Ingredients
- 1 small mango
- 1 small banana
- ¼ ripe avocado
- 1 stick Equal Classic Zero Calorie Sweetener
- 2 Tbsp natural yoghurt
- 1 Tbsp chia seeds
- Splash of preferred milk
Preparation
- Chop mango, banana and avocado. Add to a blender with the remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.
Serves 1 as a breakfast option, or 2 as a snack
