RED VELVET HOT CHOCOLATE

Ingredients

  • ½ cup 60% cooking chocolate (unsweetened)
  • 1 teaspoon red food coloring
  • 6 TABLETS NATURALS STEVIA (or more according to taste)
  • 2  teaspoons instant coffee powder
  • 1-1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • ¼ cup heavy cream, whipped
  • 1 cup low fat milk
  • Cocoa Nibs for topping

Preparation

  1. Heat milk over medium heat.
  2. Add in the chocolate and stir until melted.
  3. Add in the Naturals Stevia Tablets. Take out from heat.
  4. Add in the food coloring and the vanilla.
  5. Top with a spoonful of whipped cream and sprinkle with  cocoa nibs on top.
