
RED VELVET HOT CHOCOLATE

Ingredients
- ½ cup 60% cooking chocolate (unsweetened)
 - 1 teaspoon red food coloring
 - 6 TABLETS NATURALS STEVIA (or more according to taste)
 - 2 teaspoons instant coffee powder
 - 1-1/2 teaspoon vanilla
 - ¼ cup heavy cream, whipped
 - 1 cup low fat milk
 - Cocoa Nibs for topping
 
Preparation
- Heat milk over medium heat.
 - Add in the chocolate and stir until melted.
 - Add in the Naturals Stevia Tablets. Take out from heat.
 - Add in the food coloring and the vanilla.
 - Top with a spoonful of whipped cream and sprinkle with cocoa nibs on top.
