FROZEN “CHOCOLATE” YOGHURT
Serves 2 generously
Ingredients
- 1 cup non-fat Greek yoghurt
- 1 cup almond milk
- ½ cup raw cacao or cocoa powder
- 8 sticks Naturals Stevia Zero Calorie Sweetener
Preparation
- Whisk all ingredients together until smooth and well combined. Pour mixture into a metal loaf tin (15cm x 7.5cmx 31cm) and freeze until solid or at least 2 hours.
- Allow to defrost slightly before spoon into bowls and serving.
