FROZEN “CHOCOLATE” YOGHURT

Serves 2 generously

Ingredients

  • 1 cup non-fat Greek yoghurt
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • ½ cup raw cacao or cocoa powder
  • 8 sticks Naturals Stevia Zero Calorie Sweetener

Preparation

  1. Whisk all ingredients together until smooth and well combined. Pour mixture into a metal loaf tin (15cm x 7.5cmx 31cm) and freeze until solid or at least 2 hours.
  2. Allow to defrost slightly before spoon into bowls and serving.
