  • 1 small banana
  • 1 frozen mango cheek
  • 100g frozen blueberries
  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds
  • ¼ avocado
  • 2 Tbsp fat free natural yoghurt
  • 1 stick Equal Classic Zero Calorie Sweetener
  • 1 splash low fat or almond milk

To top with (optional)

  • 1 Tbsp extra chia seeds


  1. Blend the banana, mango, blueberries, chia seeds and avocado and Equal Classic Zero Calorie Sweetener until smooth. Pour into a glass and top with optional ingredients.
  2. Serve immediately.
